步骤
win系统里时间同步服务器改为time.asia.apple.com，注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlTimeZoneInformation中添加一项数据类型为REG_DWORD,名称为RealTimeIsUniversal,值设为1
